I think my body may have been saying, "You dehydrated me you thoughtless shrew!" Which brings us to today's tip: Drink water. Just do it. If you don't like the way it tastes, find a way to like it. Squeeze in some lemon or lime juice. Sometimes I drop a fruity, herbal teabag into my glass to add flavor. It took some effort to adjust to making water my primary beverage, but now it's my preferred drink. Most of the time I take it plain and room-temperature. I also have a pitcher of water kept full on my kitchen counter to sip or guzzle on a whim.
So if you aren't already doing so, drink water daily. Then feel good about showing yourself love.
